Michelle Bryant exemplifies creativity. She just sees things differently. This is evident in her writings, her photography and simply in the way she views the world. Armed with her faith in God and the love and support of her family, she has been able to find freedom from her abusive past. Now, through her smile and unique sense of humor, she shares this passion and expresses this creativity with those she comes in contact with. She has made it her mission to give God, her Creator, the glory for all of her talents, blessings and creativity. This is well represented in her works and her life.

Through the publication of her first book, God, are you listening, she has not only appeared and spoken locally but has been blessed to be heard on the nationally syndicated radio broadcast of The Healing Touch with Norma Dearing, has been a guest speaker in the Colorado Springs area for a Mothers of Prayer group, spent a weekend ministering to youth at a residential treatment facility for boys and girls suffering from emotional issues such as abuse and neglect and has appeared live on KTLF 90.5.

The response to her poetry in God, are You listening? was more than enough to warrant the compilation of her second book Rambling Roads.

Both books are a journey that share the deepness of that which is Michelle. One leads the reader down a road to freedom while the other takes one down many rambling and winding paths from the innocence of adolescence to the wonders and complexity of michelle herself.

Michelle’s photography ranges from people to places to things like doors and windows, bridges and birdhouses and is described as a window to her soul. She loves to shoot things one might overlook, dismiss or take for granted. Although photography is a talent she recently discovered she had, Michelle now bears the title award-winning photographer, having won a first place and honorable mention ribbon for her first ever judged photography contest in 2007.

Conducent with her style, all Michelle's photos contain a scripture which she has specially chosen as to what she feels “the picture is saying to me”. “God has provided us the perfect canvas. How can we not give Him credit for this?” ~ Michelle Bryant

Michelle is currently continuing her education and expanding her skill set. Her most recent college instructor told her she had great vision and some exquisite images on her web gallery. Nationally recognized photographer, Alain Briot of Beaux Arts Photography emailed Michelle stating, “I like your portraits the most in your work, the ones in which the personality of the sitter comes through. I don’t have a favorite; I simply like the ones that tell me a lot about the person through the pose, the expression in the eyes, the stance, the position of the head and so on. You do have a talent for posing people, for making them reveal something intimate about themselves to the camera and from the fact that they are comfortable posing for you."

Whether you choose God, are You listening?, Rambling Roads, or one of her beautiful photographs, it is Michelle’s prayer that you will find something in them you can relate to, heal from or know God because of - as you journey through the talented road of Michelle´s creative mind.
